Looking for a quite place to unwind with friends and family, off the beaten path, yet within the city? The perfect party house on top of the highest mountain in Trivandrum city boasts of panoramic view of both the city and sea like no other. Watch the city lights at dusk or fishing boats as they make their way to the sea. A place for a quite family get together, parties and catering provided on site. A place for treking and exploring where beauty surrounds you and close to beach and city. The space This is a landscaped property of 2 acres, and there are open spaces and you are free to use the terrace which is excellent for evening parties. This is a 2 bedroom property and there is another bookable airbnb with 2 more bedroom which is the party guest house. There is always a gentle breeze and mostly cool during the day, the master bedroom is equipped with air-conditioners and all other rooms have fans. The master hall can be set up for a group of 10-15. BBQ large grill is available but please bring coal & skewers as we don't stock it. Please call ahead for party arrangements and setting up hall and catering. Only the master bedroom is airconditioned. Other things to note We welcome film shooting, we have had Netflix and local movie shootings, we welcome digital nomads, please contact us for details. We provide all facilities you need to live and work comfortably. We welcome groups and can set up additional shared spaces. For movies and serials please call us before booking as we need to confirm indoor, outdoor availability, and guests.
